I'm helping with a fundraiser for my curch and we are making sautéed mushrooms for the hamburgers. These are to be served for 160 people. How many would I need to prepare. Assuming not everyone will want them also |

It takes 2 ounces raw sliced to make a nice topping for one juicy burger; you will have to estimate the number to be topped. I would suggest about 1/3 if it is an adult crowd; less if there is chili, cheese, bacon, etc. |
