i ordered the commercial steam pans, but i don't know how many servings you can get out of the different sizes. can you help me out? we are cooking thanksgiving dinner for the needy at out church for 250 people. dressing, sweet potato casserole, mac & cheese are going in these pans. i have 2-1/2",4" & 6' pans. how many people does each pan size feed? your website is just wonderful. thanks, kay |
