Hi Ellen, I'm cooking for wedding reception for 100 people. We are having a sit down dinner, but there will be 4 different appetizers in the beginning. I'm pretty sure I don't make 100 of each appetizer, but what would be the normal amount of each to be passed around. Thank you so much. |

Karen for this 1 hour pre-dinner nibble time, you want 6-8 bites per person, so yes, if yo only have 4 items, you will do 2 per person (200) of several of them. |
