Hi we are having 55 people for dinner were going to roast in the oven onions, red & yellow peppers, mushrooms, eggplant,& zucchini. How many pounds of fresh veggies would we need to buy? And how long should we cook them? we would rather have them a bit ala-dent. Please and thank you. |
