Hi Ellen! I'm hoping you can help me out with quantities needed to serve 250 people breakfast lunch and dinner. And maybe an idea of what to serve for dinner. All of the cooking will be done in our schools home-ec room. We normally use roaster ovens. Planning on baking the potatoes in the ovens that are in the class room. Most all of our food is donated by members so we rely on them to do some prep also. Breakfast: Donated Crock-pot breakfast cassaroles. I figured 25 of these. muffins bananas cuties other fruit? Orange juice yogurt cups? Coffee any suggestions?

Candace, 3 menus for 250 is a huge request. Are you willing to make a pro-level donation, say a quarter per person, to the site? For example, you need to provide for vegetarians and the gluten-free, if you are planning on 250. How many real ovens and refrigerators do you have access to? What is the age range of your crowd? Please write back. |
