11/24/05 		Normally, modern dishes that CAN be used in the oven say "freezer, oven, microwave-safe" on the bottom of the plate.

01/21/06 		How do I contact the maker of hometrend dishes directly? I bought some dishes at Walmart. On the bottom they say microwave safe. THIS IS FALSE. If you even warm them up for 1 minute in the microwave you will be burned badly! It has happened to me and my kids.

Okay, everybody ... I tracked down the supplier for Wal-Mart's (Home Trends) "West Palm" dinnerware! Call Gibson at (800)281-2810, and ask for Sheila at X210.
The Item # is 50047.16
The Bar Code # is 1-10085081730364
There is a shipping charge of $14.95.
You can also email Anne Smith at Wal-Mart customer service: Anne.Smith@wal-mart.com and ask that the dinnerware be "traited" to the Wal-Mart where you shop. That will put it back in their system, and they can order it for you.

FYI for you, Home Trends is a private label for Wal-Mart.

Some items are created as regional items only, thus the requests when customers see a pattern on vacation or relocates and cannot find it "locally". Some items are still available due to quantity manufactured, but no guarantee.

(We) do not have a (centralized)listing of which items are still available.

Anne Smith does not work with dinnerware anymore. Please remove her name as a contact.

07/08/06 		I also have the "Home trends Farm Fresh" dinnerware. I just love them but, HELP. I broke a cup and my Walmart doesn't carry them anymore. I got the last two sets on clearance. I am in the need of replacing it and maybe getting a whole new set

07/09/06 		Walmart has hometrends by Gibson. The pattern I like is Shadow Wood. The sets of dishes themselves is available at my local Wal-Mart, but the matching serving pieces are no longer available at Wal-Mart. I have checked all my local stores and even walmart.com. Is there any way to get the matching serving pieces???

My kitchen is done in fall colors and leaves. If you have a suggestion of another pattern in any brand that has both a oak, maple, burch type leaf pattern and fall colors with matching serving pieces, I would be interested in looking into it.

07/09/06 		I just bought the HomeTrends "Shadow Wood" pattern. also, thinking I could get the serving pieces the next time they were in stock in the local Wal^Mart. Now, it's beginning to look as though I'll never get them. Any ideas where I might find them?

07/11/06 		Short of going to Replacements Limited and paying per piece almost what the whole set cost, maybe you all need to sell to each other and consolidate. Home Trends patterns are regional, made especially for Walmart and when they are gone, according to Walmart central, they are gone. Sorry for the disappointing news-

07/13/06 		I just bought service for 12 of HomeTrends Shadow Wood, plus 2 extra dinner size plates and 2 extra bowls just in case.

My Walmarts store had quite a few boxes of this pattern that I would be happy to pick up for those who want it, however, I'm not sure of what the shipping charges would be as the boxes are quite heavy, or if the dishes are packed securely enough for shipping.

I did ask the manager of my store about the serving pieces and she said she'll check for me regarding availability. I'll post if she can get them.

07/24/06 		Some home trend items can be found at replacements.com. But of course not the ones I am looking for. I dont know the name of them, the have a purple/blue line around the edge then a light blue rim with a puple center with fruit on them. they look hand painted. where can I find them?

08/05/06 		I too have had a problem with burning my fingers after heating a cup of water in the microwave. Be aware of this... I am also dissappointed with the quality of the tea/coffee cup I purchased. Most of the (12 cups) I have have craps/chips out of them already. They do not hold up well. The pastes and bowls on the other hand are fantastic.

08/23/06 		I am having a very similiar problem locating extras for the Shadow Wood pattern of dishes. I am in desperate need of the canister set and the pitcher. The local Walmarts are still carrying the dishes as individual pieces and the box sets, but I haven't had any luck locating the pieces that I need. 09/15/06 		I'm another one in the looking for "Shadow Wood" group. I want any and all things in this pattern. I have one cup that I grabbed at our local Walmart today. They were completely out of everything but two cups (one was chipped so I only bought one) and some individual dinner plates.

I know I saw the "Jazz" collection locally so if they have the pieces someone needs, maybe we can work out an exchange. If not, I am willing to pay for the dishes plus shipping if someone(s) are kind enough to help me in locating this set.

Total, I am aiming for three boxes of the regular dishes and at least one of every accessory piece (canisters, matching cups, serving plates, etc etc).

I live in Vermont and they always seem to have the dishes but, everytime I go to Walmart I look for other pieces and can never find anything. I have had this set since November of last year and love it. My kitchen is done in Autumn Maple (dark red) and it goes perfectly with this set. Please if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated!

10/02/06 		I too have the Shadow Woods collection, I accidently fell across the accesories on clearance several months ago. I am just looking for the 16pc set, so i have enough to serve 8 people. :o) I have the sugar & cream bowls, salad bowl, serving platter, the canisters, and the salt and pepper shakers...now to complete it i just need those dishes. i don't want to have to get a different set to be able to serve more than 4 people. so if anyone runs across the dishes let me know, i'll keep an eye out here in FL for the extra pieces for everyone else. i only have 5 or more Walmarts in a 20 mile range...

10/02/06 		I have the Italian Villa dishes as well. I'm not sure they even make serving pieces for it. I did find the 3 piece canister set at several Houston area Walmarts. I've decided to get some solid colored pieces. Walmart has a few, and I found some pieces at Garden Ridge that coordinate nicely. They're by Corsica, and both the "butter" and "Cherry" colors work well. They are on clearance though, so good luck!

10/14/06 		Went to Wal-Mart (Chambers Road, Aurora Colorado) today and they have about a dozen or so dinner plates, 8 bowls, a bunch of mugs and 1 canister set in the Shadowwood pattern.

I have this pattern and mixed and matched the dinner plates with the Country Crock Speckled Amber salad plates, mugs and canister set - outstanding look! For those of you who cannot find your pieces, this might be an option...

They have plenty of Villa sets and replacement pieces...but they don't have the cannisters or completer sets. We'd really like to get these...as we really like the dinnerware. I was searching for Italian Villa pieces, and ran across this site. I've read the messages here and just saw some Granada pieces on Ebay.

I don't know if I can send the links. So, I'll just tell you how to find them.

I put Home Trends dishes in the search, check the box for search title and description. That came back with 68 items. There were two auctions. One for a serving dish and one for some plates.

That's not the style I'm interested in at all. But, I saw several people here are in need of that. I hope this helps.

Wal-mart on hwy 50 in Spring Hill today had Italian Villa plates 2.33, bowls 1.68, mugs (I didn't get the price), crockpot (I don't know the price, and 3-pc canister set for $24 approx. I only wrote down the prices because I like the set and was thinking of getting it, but without saucers I wanted to check availability before I purchased. I guess I won't be getting them after checking out this site and seeing the availability difficulties.

They also had a pattern with pine branches and leaves I believe, but I didn't check the name. Anyone have a picture of shadow wood?

I have 2 of the mugs with the fruit and like them for size and such. They don't get too hot in the micro if I set them on beverage setting. One of my cups had a chip of the ceramic inside and was glazed over. Later the chip broke off and left an exposed spot so it bubbles everytime I put water in it. Quite strange. I'm not sure if it's even safe in regards to sanitation, but I love the look of them. The quality isn't great on these, but they are pretty durable.

12/05/06 		As far as the microwave safe message on the dishes. Microwave safe just means that the dishes will not shatter in the microwave when being heated. Non Safe microwave dishes will break from the heat generated internally in the dish. If you read the packing information that comes with the dishes it does state that the dishes are microwave and dishwasher safe. But it also states that when using them in the microwave to use a pot holder to remove them as they may be hot to the touch.

12/16/06 		I just purchased the HomeTrends "Italian Villa" set here in Lithonia, Georgia. I bought (2) canister sets -they have plenty-!! I am going back today to get the dinnerware set after a furniture delivery this afternoon. I just moved here from Florida. They did have loose pieces (mugs/saucers/bowls). I see that "Veranda" set has everything, including the serving set and salt and pepper shakers! I'd love that for my "Italian Villa" set bcz buying a mug stand is no problem. If anyone finds the serving set or salt and pepper shakers in "Italian Villa" let me know please. Again, I am going back to SuperWalMart today after a furniture delivery this afternoon.

01/02/07 		I have the following in the Granada pattern.

10 dinner plates, a few have chips but there are likely 8 that do not.

8 bowls

9 mugs most have chips

11 small plates

I have the 3 piece bowl set. The two smaller bowls are in pretty good shape although one has two very small chips in the rim. The larger bowl has a noticible chip and seems to have a crack.

I have a very large oval platter, a large round platter, a pitcher, a lasagna pan, sugar and creamer, a small oval platter, and the 3 piece cannister set. All of these are in very good condiion and seldom, if ever used (except for the cannister set which has been used but is in very good condition).

For those of you who have the Jazz dishes I found a set of dishes that compliment this pattern perfectly. It is Sango Gold Dust Black. It can be purchased at Herburgers. I also found it at Macie's and a Kitchen store. I have been holding off on purchasing accessory pieces in this style until I heard about accessory pieces for Jazz. No one has responded to our messages and I still do not know if they are available. If anyone else has any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I still would like place mats and linens. Any ideas of these?

01/07/07 		I also just purchased a couple of sets of the Jazz dinnerware. I had intended to buy the Sango Gold Dust Black dishes until I spotted the Jazz in my local Wal-Mart. I was thinking that if I can't find any completer pieces for the Jazz, I will get them in the Sango Gold Dust Black. I will continue to search the internet for the Home Trends Jazz as well as contact Wal-Mart and will post if I find any source of extra pieces.

Also if any of you are intrested the Sago Prestige patter is a very nice match, better than the Sago Gold Dusk Black. They sell it on line at Linen's and things or at their store. I still would like the matching ones though to Jazz. Thanks

I did notice that fiesta ware makes a black that may work ok for accent pieces such as butter dish, salt and pepper and serving pieces Does anyone know where a could buy the set that has serving pieces? I wouldn't mind if it has another 16 piece place setting included.

04/01/07 		We have 2 Wal-Marts in our town about 4 miles apart. I just returned from one of them and they have Italian Villa in the following pieces. Serving Bowls (4) (large) $9.86 each,
Rectangular Platter 9 X 20 (3) 12.86 each. Dinner plates (7) $2.43 ea, cups (4) $1.77 ea, small bowl (10) (1.77 ea. They also have a crock pot by Rival that matches the design of Italian Villa only the design is smaller and the take out part is the burgandy color. The item# on it is SCVE500-A2, $29.88 and this piece can probably be ordered directly from Rival, I'm not sure. If you want any of these let me know and I'll purchase them, hold them until I receive your cashier's check or money order and then send them to you. I am not sure how much shipping would be. I believe our Texas store had some also, and I know they had several canister sets, however I do not remember how much they were. I will check tomorrow for anyone interested. Mona

04/06/07 		I was in Dillards yesterday and found a set of canisters by Sango, called Nova Black, item#4932-116 that will match the Jazz dinnerware perfectly. They have the same colors and at Dillards they are $29.00 for a set of 4. This is what I purchased to go with my Jazz dinnerware.

04/06/07 		Following is a note I received from Jennifer Lawson at Wal-mart concerning lead in the Jazz and Italian Villa dinnerware.

Mona,
Sango is a brand that is found is a few hundred of our stores. (It is excellent quality.) We carry Sango in 2 patterns in two colors each; all pieces carried mix and match. The main difference comes in when you look at our retail and other stores retails...WOW!!!

As for lead in the dinnerware...lead is a naturally occurring substance that is found in many places including drinking water.
All of our dinnerware meets federal guidelines and meet California's prop 65 as well. Prop 65 was passed a couple of years ago (if my memory serves me well) and has 'tougher' guidelines than federal.

If you are looking for dinnerware that does not contain lead, look for glass...but please watch as there is also leaded glass as well. (We do not carry leaded glass in our dinnerware).

As a company, we are concerned with customer safety!!

05/03/07 		I need to comment on the Home Trends dishes from WalMart, and my dissatisfaction with them. I've had them for only about 6 months, and "almost" every bowl and plate that I have has chips and cracks in them. I am soooo disappointed that they aren't more durable. Also, the microwavable thing...my children and I have ALL burnt our hands and fingers several times on the dishes after microwaving them. Microwave safe?? I think not...

The pattern I have is the yellow with the fruit on it (forgot the name).
I was actually looking for a web site for the manufacturer so that I could voice my opinion on the quality of these dishes.

Just wanted to give my two cents!

08/13/07 		we received dishes from our wedding registry bought at Target. With all the 'china' recalls i decided to call about the dishes and inquire to Target whether they had lead in their paint. Its the Jade Moon 16-pc. Dinnerware Set and it was brought to my attention that it looked like paint used in ceramic pieces that often contained lead. When finally i got thru to a customer service rep w/ Target. They told me that this dinnerware, as with all their products, passes the highest quality and health inspections. She could not tell me for sure if it had lead though!???

I had been looking for these too, and had one set, but was worried about not having any replacement pieces should any break. Then I came across this site, and saw that they were discontinued :( Yesterday I was at Walmart, and there was a whole endcap of 11 sets! I bought one, as they were only $20. They aren't carrying the pieces individually anymore from what I could see, but I had wondered if anyone on this forum would be interested. The only problem I see is shipping, as I live near Portland Oregon, where I saw the dishes. If you would be interested, I would check to see if that store has any left. Like another writer mentioned, the shipping would be spendy I imagine, as the box is indeed heavy, at 30#. When I bought my first set, I checked through the set, because the writer is correct as well, that they aren't padded very well. I had to go through several sets at that time, before I found one without breakage. I would definitely need to repackage, and pad very securely to survive that distance.The box they come in is NOT suitable for shipping. I have no idea if that would be worth it to you, but I thought I'd at least put the word out that I'd seen some, as I didn't think I would again. I bought 2 boxes (service for 8) of Shadow Wood and just unpacked and washed them in the dishwasher. In unloading found out they don't fit in my cabinets!! I'm either going to sell them (if any of you are interested let me know) or just put what I can in my pantry.

If I end up keeping them, I, too would be interested in other serving pieces.

Well, Replacements, Ltd., offered me $200.00 for the 8 place setting (New); however, they want me to pay for all the packing and shipping and do not guarantee they will accept it. They also have very specific and stringent packaging rules which I think are good; however, very expensive for me. So, if anybody is interested in the dinnerware and paying for the S/H, let me know. walmart today and fell in love w/the Jazz collection. Anyone that has used this, please let me know the performance. They did have "bakeware" and a serving platter (3) but all mof the serving platters had scratches on the black part of then pattern. Do the dishes scratch easily? Also it sounds like finding accessory pieces is next to impossible!n Shame on Walmart for not making a line more accessible!

Hi! Just came back from my Reno Walmart and they have Shadowwood 16 pc. dish set on sale for $20. They only have 4 or 5 out on the end of an aisle. Maybe your local Walmarts also have them right now.

10/05/07 		I have twelve(12) place settings of West Palm and three (3) additional dinner plates. Two or three of the dinner plates have small chips. I've seen looking for someone selling these on ebay but it seems no one is selling theirs. I've moved and the palm trees don't match my new kitchen. Otherwise, I love them. The mugs (not small cups with useless saucers) are a good size and the bowls were perfect for soup (nice and deep). Luncheon plates are a sized right too. Let me know if anyone is interested. 10/25/07 		I bought 2 sets of Jazz dishes in July (at Walmart). At the time, they had serving bowls and platters. I bought a platter, but decided to wait till the next trip for the bowls and I have never seen them again. They still have several platters left, but they are quite large, so I only need 1. Wish I would have bought 2 serving bowls while I had the chance! I have read a few listings that say there is a box that has a set of dishes and serving pieces included, does anyone know where that might be?

11/15/07 		In regards to additional pieces avaiable in the Jazz pattern. There is select bakeware available at Wal-Mart along with a serving platter. In February/March there will be serving bowls and a relish tray. I contacted Ms. Lawson (Jennifer.Lawson@wal-mart.com) and she did an analysis and told me which stores closest to me had the pieces.

11/26/07 		Pam and interested buyers. Since a scammer cheated a reader on a set, I am suggesting that interested parties get together, then list on EBay as a "Buy it now". There is a slight charge for this, but it offers both the buyer and the seller some protection and a safe way to handle the money- through Paypal. Be happy, but be careful.

11/26/07 		My husband and I purchased Home Trends Country Crock Amber Speckled Dishes at Wal Mart for Easter this year. We bought four sets of 4 (a total of 16 place settings) believing that to be enough to accodomate my large family for get togethers.

My mother remarried just last week, adding five more people to the clan! Now I'm unable to find the dishes on sale anywhere, just six and a half months later! Someone, anyone, help! I'd love these in time for Christmas!

12/01/07 		Yes, these dishes have been tested repeatedly, both in labs- usually sponsored by TV news stations- and with home testing kits. Many are positive for lead, especially if the surface is scratched or rough consistent with ordinary ware, or chipped or cracked. You can google for various reports. One more reason to wish the Consumer Protection Agency and FDA had mandatory recall authority...

12/31/07 		Actually, the site is about 8 years old. The discussion about these dishes is on several threads, some of which are archived. The dishes are eathenware, not porcelain, which means they are softer and more prone to chipping than many dishes. Some readers have complained particularly about the dishes overheating while microwaving, to the point of causing burns. Some of the patterns continue to have troupble with lead, but that is cheap and easy to test at home with a kit from Lowe's or Home Depot.

05/25/08 		The readers say yes, they do chip; if you want full sets, buy your extras when you buy your set, as the patterns do not stay in stock and do chip; that the outsides overheat in the microwave and can cause burns; and for the info on lead, see any of the links to reports on the threads. Yes some of the patterns definitely do still have lead.

I am looking for a taupe (not the beige, it is a green color) square bowl. My walmart does not carry this color anymore, and I need to replace a broken bowl. If anyone has one or knows where I can get one...I would appreciate it.

In July I happened across this brand of dishes at a Fred Meyer store in Boise and found them to be a perfect match to Country Crock Amber. There were not many boxes on the shelf so this could be discontinued item.

I just got off the phone with Gibson. They said Shadowood is one of their long time designs. They have in stock right now a 7 pc completer set for $24.99 (color may difer a little). They also said they have a 3 pc canister set, but it is out of stock. Here is the number for them: 1-800-281-2810. Ask the operator for Customer Service. I am searching for review of the dishes. Does anyone have any complaints about the center swirls? My husband is concerned that food would run together and some people have a problem with food touching. I just purchased 2 sets from Old Time Pottery in Mobile, AL. Also, I purchased salt/pepper shakers and creamer and sugar. Great prices.

09/06/08 		I, too, have fallen in love with the Jazz pattern and am having a problem locating completer pieces. My Wal-Mart only has the 16 piece boxed set -- not the one with completer pieces included as someone mentioned here.

I did find that the Rave and Rave Taupe are a good compliment. They are solid colors that perfectly match the tan and teal in the Jazz pattern. I bought some square bowls to be used for serving and 2 of each color mug. Still looking for more Jazz pieces though.

I stopped at a WalMart and got one last Set of 4 TODAY, thinking I could get two more Sets when I got home or order on line. After trying three more WalMarts, I can NOT find more and just went on line to find Out Of Stock OnLine! They weren't on Monday! So, if you find where to get some PLEASE let me know too. Thanx!!

10/23/08 		Hi, I just bought Home Trends "Rave Beat"; it is a GORGEOUS teal color with a beautiful textured effect in the glaze -- but I was surprised to find that the plates undergo changes in color, apparently after exposure to heat in the dishwasher or microwave. The changes aren't extreme, but do result in the dishes not matching each other perfectly at any given time. I've been searching for an explanation, and appreciate the person who posted about "Rave" being "reactive glaze stoneware". This at least would explain the color changes.

I would be interested in seeing comments from others who have owned reactive glaze stoneware. While I'm a bit disappointed, I still love the basic color and look of these dishes and now that I know they can be discontinued, I will buy another set while I can.

11/04/08 		I can order the Italian Villa 16 piece dinnerware set and the serving bowls and dishes to my local Walmart with free shipping Site to Store. However, they will not do the free shipping for the matching 3-canister set, which is what I really want. They have it, but want almost as much as the set costs in shipping! Ugh!

Does anyone out there have a Italian Villa canister or canister set that they would be willing to sell? Or, can anyone get the set without paying the outrageous shipping costs and let me pay them to ship them to me?

I can get the other items for anyone who would like. Just let me know. (they are heavy, so I'm sure shipping would be alot, but it's worth it if you already have invested in 2 of the sets and other pieces, like I have!)

We bought the dishes for my mother-in-law about three or four years ago, and over time several have chipped or been broken. 01/16/09 		Walmart Shadowwood pattern....If anyone lives in New England area I found Walmart Home trends discontinued dishes at "The Christmas Tree Shop" I love the Shadowwood collection, found 1 plate in the store asked an associate for other she did a search on the computer and had tons....so I was able to order the missing peices (plates, bowl and cups) for $1.00 each peice. Sounds crazy but its under the Gibson Everyday lable but exact same pattern. Hope this helps other fans.

03/10/09 		I found this site while searching for some better photos of a dinnerware set oh lala chicken. But as I began reading thru the various postings over the years - I see that most posts are regarding food services pieces - many with problems - chipping, heating from microwaves, and glaze issues. None of these should be everyday problems. As an individual maker of clay/pottery work, you need to learn how to test something you purchase. Most of these products - at these prices are low fire ware, and while they should not have lead as an issue - in the clay body or glaze - there are other components they can create or confuse problems. Not all china/porcelain/ware is equal.
And your glazes on dinnerware should never just change color having been placed in a dishwasher - it means the glaze is unstable to begin with and their are other issues to be concerned about. There is an enormous amount of information to know and understand about clay and glazes, and I wonder if some of the dinnerware being sold is up to the standards that we individual ceramic artists adhere to all the time.

I foolishly only got one set and I love it, I keept thinking I would get another set, but didn't before it went out of stock at my Wmart. I know they have set's of home trend on there website and did find my set on there, but it was out of stock. You can put your email in and they say they will email you when it is in stock again. If they ever do or not I'm not sure...could just be a marketing ploy! If anyone know's were I can get the set let me know. 10/10/09 		I bought a set of Home Trends "Red Oak" (really deep red) about 1 1/2 years ago and unfortunately lost most of them when our house was destroyed in a fire in July. I've searched and searched but I can't find any more of these plates or anything comparable to them. I absolutely love these plate and am dying to replace my lost sets. Any ideas on where I might start? I checked Replacements.com but they wanted $10 a plate for them and the whole set was only 20! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

10/19/09 		Hello. We received 1/3 of the Shadow Wood set from my mother-in-law's estate. And we had just purchased a new dining room set - needless to say, the compliment each other greatly! We received 6 dinner plates, 6 salad, 6 soup bowls and 6 mugs and I believe a serving bowl or two. 3 of the dinner plates arrived broken. I have seen on Replacements where I can purchase dinner plates for $9.99 each. Might anyone have additional serving platters or bowls they may wish to sell?

03/21/10 		I have a set of "Home Trends" dinnerware in "Country Crock Amber" and as I live alone I usually wash them by hand! I have been noticing a grayish sort of flaky material accumulating on my drain board after the water evaporates. Most of it seems to gather at the low end where all the water drains off into the sink? I wash it off but in several days it shows up again? These dishes also get very hot in the microwave? I have a whole house filter and a water softener in a three year old home and it does not appear to be a problem with the water? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have been having interstitial cystitis for 6 months and they say it is something I am eating. I have cut out a lot of beloved foods and still have the problem. This morning, when I was heating up my coffee in the microwave, it dawned on me - those cups were made in China - the Chinese have been known to give us poisonous baby food - I bet that cup has lead in it. I am going to discontinue eating and drinking off all of the MicroTrends Rave Beat plates and cups I bought at WalMart about a year ago - my guess is my cystitis will clear up. THANKS, JACKIE!!!!

07/23/10 		I am looking for 3 more complete 16 piece sets of the Jazz Collection, as well as the accessory serving pieces. Anyone have any leads. Also, does anyone know if the Jazz collection has lead in it? I am in the process of a move and will be testing my dishes after the move. Just wondered if anyone had done so already.

Walmart.com may have the Jazz sets that you are looking for. That's where I got mine for about $30 a set. Please post your lead discovery as I have children and am very concerned.

01/30/11 		I am trying to find a 32 piece setting of Granada style Home Trend Dinnerware. Or 2- 16 piece settings. It looks like this style was discontinued in 2006.
But I love this style of dishes. Is there any place still handling this design besides replacement Inc. because they have all of these dishes but they want you to buy them one piece at a time, and they are TOO expensive.

02/27/11 		I bought the hometrends dinner set from walmart and spent more than what I normally would spend on dishes. They say they are diswasher and microwaveable safe, this is a lie. I hve had 2 break in half in the dishwasher (top rack) and 2 break in the microwave reheating pizza and spaghetti fo no more than 2 minutes, anyone know how to contact these people so they can send me replacements?

08/12/11 		I bought two sets of Rave Red Square. Although they are marked on bottom of each piece, "dishwasher and microwave safe," I had a plate explode in the microwave today. Yes I do mean explode. All 3 pieces hit the walls of the microwave. I was just warming leftovers and the microwave had been on less than 2 minutes.

Home trends website is pretty non-functional, but gives an email address. My email was returned as undeliverable.

10/19/11 		Go to REPLACEMENTS.LTD and type in the name of your china. They carry all the replacement parts for HOMETRENDS china. I found it when I was looking for the pattern Granada in hometrends. Good luck and hope that this helps.

07/18/13 		We purchased 2 sets of Home Trend dish sets at Wal-mart about a year ago.. Since then 2 of the plates (microwaveable) have exploded in the microwave and 2 other have chipped for no reason.. Thought they were heavy duty but it looks like I'm going back to Corelle. Also, after the first one exploded, I tried to buy more and they didn't even carry them anymore...
