Hi Ellen! I am planning a Sweet 16 for my daughter. We will have approximately 130 guests, including 10 children under 10 years old. I am having a hard time figuring out how much raw materials I need to buy as well as how many trays it will make. Our menu is based on my daughter's favorites. Here it is:
Mac & Cheese My question to you is, how much meat & pasta should I purchase? Also, How many chaffing pans will I need? Thanks so much for your help!! |

Chicken Fingers (buying frozen & heating) at least 1 pound per 5
Nacho Bar (nacho chips, taco meat, cheese & assorted veggies) Suggest you add 8 pounds chopped lettuce to allow for taco salads 2ft Hero Sandwich- feeds about 10 You can write back.
