Ellen,

My daughter sent a message yesterday and no one responded to her. What to serve with a Pork jambalaya for a wedding reception for around 250 people? I thought of cole slaw (but not many people eat that, corn or string beans.

I think we will have meatballs, fruit, veggie, and cheese trays with crackers. I feel like I need a dip so was thinking about a crawfish dip. If my budget allows I also thought maybe a few shrimp molds.

Please help!!

Jeannie, this is a one woman outfit, I get over 10 requests per day and I work another full time job. When a menu is complicated, I sometimes take a day to look up recipes. I have already posted a reply to your daughter's request.

The crawfish dip or shrimp mold would be fine, 1 cup dip per 6 or 1 cup shrimp mold per 4. Hope your budget permits.
