Hi, I am purchasing sausage for 50 people for a Shrove Tuesday dinner at church. The menu will be pancakes, fried apples & sausage. About how many lbs would you recommend? |

Lovely traditional meal. Check the breakfast planning page, you would use 1/2 the amount for 100, but then increase the sausage about 1/3- people tend to take 3 links instead of 2, for example, at dinner time. |
