How do I make teriyaki glazed salmon for my daughter wedding? They are also having chicken and beef from the caterer. Can I prep the fish at home somehow and finish off at the hall? Also should I make spinach to lay the fish on top of? Help! |

You can marinate at home, but it needs to be cooked just before serving. Or, you can cook ahead and serve chilled. You are looking at about 18-20 pounds of fish. |
