For my daughters graduation party for 100 people I want to serve Hotdog buffet with all the toppings,Nacho/Taco Buffet with ground beef and all the toppings , Pizza, thick self rising, bought in store. and pulled pork,Since I'm having such a variety , I'm not sure how much to allow per food choice, When giving me the amount of the pork please give me the raw amount I should get, I will also be serving chips, fruit, cake
Thank you

Sheila, you would have equal fun and a LOT less leftovers with any 3 of these 4. Would you consider omitting 1? Write back.

I was just trying to please everyone, didn't know if all adults would be happy with pizza, hotdogs and taco/nacho bar, so that's why I was thinking of the pulled pork ,more for the adults. So do you think I should remove the pork?

That's just me the worrier , I want something simple and yummy that I won't have to be constantly worrying about something in the oven to bring out, I know the pizza will have to be baked and replenished, what do you think is the best way to serve and keep the pizza warm?

A MUCH simpler adult offering, would be to switch the hot dogs to bun size Polish sausages. Even grown ups like these. Add sauerkraut to the toppings.

120 sausages
Do nacho bar for 80 (4/5 of 100)- use the taco bar page as a guide- 2 #10 cans nacho cheese sauce.

Make the pizza the largest your oven will hold, just keep making them- a standard home oven can only do about 2 at a time. No really good way to hold...

You might consider having pizzas delivered- you can get larger pizzas,, and stagger the deliveries.

Thank you for all the information, we don't have pizza delivery but can handle per made thick crust from store that are very good.
