03/06/14 		Hi Ellen, Will you please let me know if I have enough of the following for a luncheon that will be held at 12:00 p.m. I am helping a friend with the meal. It will mainly be adults.

Spiral Ham with bone in. 15 lbs
Fried Chicken tenders 15 lbs
Mac and Cheese 1 chafing pan
Green Beans 2 #10 Size
Corn 2 #10 Size
Sweet Tea 3 Gallons
Unsweet Tea 3 Gallons

03/06/14 		Too much chicken for 30, most items OK.

Spiral Ham with bone in. 15 lbs- plenty, some left
Fried Chicken tenders 15 lbs- 8-10 pounds
Mac and Cheese 1 chafing pan- need 1 1/2; 2 if men are 1/2 the party
Green Beans 2 #10 Size- some left
Corn 2 #10 Size- some left
Sweet Tea 3 Gallons- OK
Unsweet Tea 3 Gallons- OK
