how much meat to make when its not the only main

03/09/14 		How much corned beef do I need for 24 people (8 ladies, 16 men) at a 4 course meal? We are starting off with a roll and fruit cup, appetizer -meat pockets, then the main will be chicken nuggets, corned beef, a large salad, frank n blanks, and grilled veggies followed by a light dessert.
