11/29/05 		I'm going to cook for 140 and an a little bit lost. How many once of pork or turkey y will need per person. The quantities are done in raw meat or cook meat.

11/30/05 		Jose, if you go to the big pots page, the new first section on holiday help has a shopping list per person for turkey dinners, raw weights. About the same amount of meat is needed for bone-in ham, or pork butt. Boneless pork loin, at least 1 pound raw for each 3 people, and up to 1 for two for the biggest eaters.
