Hi Ellen, Your site is amazing, I am catering for 150 people and have ordered 60 chicken thighs as I need to make shredded chicken. Can you please tell me the best recipe/ way to cook the chicken and then the best way to shred it? Also, a marinade recipe for this amount of chicken. Many Thanks, Josh |

Hello again Josh. If this is the only meat, you need AT LEAST 3 pounds boneless per 10, 50 pounds meat at least, which is about 100 pounds bone in, which is more than 60 thighs.
