Cooking rice a Roni in oven

03/18/14 		I have a large group to cook this for (abt 40 people) and I would like to do it in the oven. Any suggestions

03/19/14 		Simple, use the baked rice recipe in the recipe box section. Water does not change. Brown in a pan or roasting panthat can be tightly covered- can use foil- and put in the oven, so you don't have to transfer.
