I am making chicken vegetable soup for 125. It's a Lenten soup dinner. I don't have any problem making the soup. I just don't know how much to make. Thanks! |

If this is the main course, 1 quart per 3= 40 quarts= 10 gallons, or 2 electric roasters full. |
