I want to cook BBQ chicken for a wedding. We are also serving Brisket and Sausage. I am planning for 100 people and thought maybe 40 lbs of chicken (leg quarters and breasts quarters). How should I cook this in the cooker oven? |

Wanda, you only need 1 piece per person in addition to the other meats, and a quarter is 2 pieces, so you don't need so much. Check out the size of the pieces and only cook what you need. You need to brine the chicken to keep it juicier. |
