How much steak sauce for 100 people?

03/25/14 		I'm serving chicken breasts and steaks and I'd like to offer sauteed burgundy mushrooms for the steaks and BBQ sauce and/or teriyaki sauce for the chicken.

How much should I prepare of the mushrooms?
How much of the sauce?
