| Sarah Estrada 04/01/14 | Hi! Thank you SO MUCH for having this website available!! It's been such a help to me! Tried your baked sausage & mozzarella for a crowd on my family & it was a hit! I'm cooking it for a wedding this coming weekend. I have all day Friday to prepare, then I plan to refrigerate overnight and bake Saturday morning. One problem - I only have 6 of the 6 quart pans! Will I be able to make that work? I am following your recipe for 120 people. Thank you! Sarah |
| ellen 04/01/14 | You are cutting it too close with just 6 pans- that is at most 36 quarts, which is barely 1 cup per person. That recipe takes 8 pans- |
| Sarah 04/01/14 | Yikes. I am borrowing these 6. Do u know where I can buy 2 more? Like costco? Also, will 2 of these fit in a standard sized oven at one time? |
| ellen 04/01/14 | Line up some borrowed stoves and fridge space. Size of oven varies, but these pans do best 1 per shelf, 2 per oven. Yes, the costco type work and the only thing is, you MUST take them in and out on a cookie sheet. |
| sarah 04/02/14 | THANK YOU!! I am borrowing pans from a friend and have assumed they are 6 quart, but I suppose it is possible they are the 8 quart. If they are the 8 quart, do you happen to know if 2 pans will fit in one standard oven? |
| ellen 04/02/14 | The width and depth of standard ovens vary by more than 4 inches. You will have to measure. |
