We're expecting 225 people for a steak dinner. Do you make enough of EVERYTHING for 225 or can you cut back on the amount of servings per type of salad? We're having apple cole slaw, Greek Island salad and 3 bean salad, in addition to other sides. |

For this menu, I would make 6 gallons of slaw, 4- 5 gallons of bean salad (more if the other sides are not starchy), and green for 200, using the plan for 100 list. If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks. |
