Tavern meat, loose meat, or maid rites are a regional specialty. There is a recipe on this site that will give you a guide for quantity: www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/bbentree5.html One recipe would likely do; caterers estimate that if you invite 100, about 85 will come. |
