Can a large mixed pickle platter be prepared the day before and covered with cling wrap? It will have mixed olives, gherkins, marinated mushrooms and sweet mixed mixed. I was going to put lettuce leaves underneath for garnish and to catch any brine. |

Yes, ahead, no on the lettuce. Consider kale- holds up better. |
