I am cooking for a party of about 200-250 people. The host has requested what I call Diablo Oysters. Oysters on the half shell topped with spicy guacamole and jack cheese. They are then broiled just until the cheese melts. My problem is how to do this for 200+ people??? I haven't a clue. I'm hoping you can help with this one.

Would not do for 200... Oyster casserole in the same style would be an option. |
