Serving meat and veggie kabobs for 125 at a friends wedding. They will be assembled and grilled to order. There will also be 3 other food stations set up with various horderves, and salad. How much beef, chicken, and shrimp should I buy? |

Yikes! This is the best I can do without the rest of the menu. beef, 1 pound boneless per 3 PLUS chicken, 1 pound boneless, skinless per 4 PLUS shrimp- 1 pound per 3 |
