Hi I having a reception for my wedding and wanting to make cheesy potatos for 100 people. What will I need to make these in a nessco?? Thank you |

The recipe is in detail at the end of the breakfast planning page, repeated on the family brunch page. You will need more than 1 Nesco, and do keep in mind that you can't plug in 2 to the same circuit, it will blow the fuse- You can make 2 pans and keep one in the regular oven until needed- If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support this site.
