I'm trying to plan my menu for my wedding in January. I expect somewhere around 150 people. Can you take a look at the following quantities and tell me where I am good and what I am over/under on? Buffet style dinner:
3 Meat options
2 veggie/salad options
2 starchy sides
24 dozen dinner rolls (for use as both a simple side roll and to be sliced in half for use as mini-sandwich option)
Hour between wedding and reception:
Immediately available drink options:
Alcohol: In some places I feel like I am over and in others I feel like I am under. Any help would be appreciated. |

You have done a nice job. There are a few chabges needed- for example, beef usually "outsells" ham, 5 to 3.
