Outdoor afternoon wedding reception @ 3:30. How much strawberry & grapes do I need to serve 300 people. Will have other foods such as cream cheese rolls,. Pies, cake, & appetizers. A full Dinner will also be served at 6:00pm |

1 pound grapes per 10 plus 1 quart strawberries per 12 would be plenty with all the other stuff. I would probably do the desserts after dinner? If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks. |
