we are planning to have pulled pork, chicken and beef for sandwiches. Two cakes (half sheets, one chocolate and one white) chips (4 bags) and dips. we will have about 35 people, about 11 teens. The party is from 10am -2pm (swim party) My question is how many pounds each of pork, chicken and beef should I buy? Thanks!

If this were my party, what I would do is
40-45 chicken legs, or about 20 quarters, plus 10 pounds raw boneless pork and 6-8 pounds of smallish meatballs with about 2 quarts of sauce(cheaper than sliced beef and make great teen sandwiches). Then add at least 1 1/2 gallons of potato salad and a gallon of slaw; teens have hollow legs, especially after exercise.

Congratulations to your teen.
