I have sent out 200 invitations for my parents surprise 50th anniversary party we are having ham, roast beef and turkey. we will be serving it cut up and in roasters could you tell me how many pounds of each I would need? |

200 people invited usually means 170 attending. Assuming this is dinner time eating, I would do 60 pounds raw boneless beef, 2 16 pound whole turkeys (about 20 pounds meat), and about 25 pounds boneless ham. If this is for sandwiches, cut everything about 1/5. Be aware that a roaster only holds at max 20 pounds of meat. |
