I am guessing at 30 teens?

150 invites, usually gets 85% attendance, or about 130. If over a full mealtime and no competing parties, with 30 extra teens, I would estimate it at 175, teens eat a lot.

shredded chicken sandwiches
arbys roast beef sandwiches
allow 1 1/2 sandwiches per person, it is usually 5 beef to 3 chicken. 1 pound ready to serve shredded chicken makes about 6 sandwiches
roaster cheesy potatoes, about 60 pounds potatoes from scratch, 3 roasters
baked beans in roaster, 5 gallons
pasta salad,
macaroni salad
Total 8-9 pounds dry pasta, you decide how to divide
fruit kababs- do fruit trays, much easier to make and eat, hold better, prettier on the table, and leftovers are more useful, do from fruit tray page for about 125
chips, 1 pound per 12
pretzels, about 6 pounds
vegetable pizza, 1 smallish piece per person
cupcakes, 1 per person plus 10%
homemade ice cream, make some of it ahead, about 8 gallons
