i have to grill 200 steaks and entertain at the same time, can i grill the steaks 2 hrs in advance and set them in a chaffing dish with aju until serving |

No, they will be terrible, and it is a waste of great meat. A FAR better choice for 200 (and actually cheaper) is real roast beef, discussed on the roasting beef page and several threads; holds better, looks better, seems more luxurious. |
