I'm have a luncheon with 4 assorted salads & sandwiches, desserts etc. Will 4 bowls that hold 11 quarts each be enough for the salads? or what size do I need? |

Jean, it depends on what kind of salads- can you let me know what kinds? For example, it takes just 2 1/2 allons to serve 100 cole slaw, but over 4 to serve 100 potato salad. If this saves you time trouble or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks. |
