I'm having a restaurant provide the meat and salsa for my wedding and I need to know how many lbs of the following I should order: Taco Meat (Chicken and Pork) I'll need enough for each person to make at least 3 tacos. Spanish Rice Beans (pinto/black) Salsa (we will have 3 varieties, hot, mild and verde) Also, how many servings (or lbs) of taco meat will fit into an average sized chafing dish? Augie, this is covered in detail on the taco/potato bar page. A chafer will hold about 15 pounds solid taco meat. If you need further help, just write back. |
