I have 585 people on open house list and feel that the majority will come by at some point...4:00 p.m. to whenever in early June. My menu is as follows:

Taco Bar (with beef and shredded chicken taco flavored meat) and all the fixings (I am not having hard shells but instead soft shells and nacho chips)....nacho cheese sauce as well.

Shredded chicken sandwiches (smaller buns)

Homemade pepperoni rolls

Veggies, to include olives and pickles

Fruit

Pasta salad

Mumfords Chips

Cookies, swirl bars, 3 cakes

pop, bottled water, and homemade sweet tea

I know that not everyone will eat everything but I definitly do not want to run short. Can you possibly assist with estimates on quantities. I am not having anything catered...LOVE cooking and am doing it all myself with preparation help from friends!

Thanks so much!

Usually about 85% of the invited show up, so about 500. For graduation parties, it depends on what other parties go on that day/evening.

Taco Bar (with beef and shredded chicken taco flavored meat) and all the fixings (I am not having hard shells but instead soft shells and nacho chips)....nacho cheese sauce as well (3 #10 per 100, but open 2 to start)
All covered on the taco bar page- sub 1 pound chips per 12 for the hard shells

Shredded chicken sandwiches (smaller buns)- you could skip these!

Homemade pepperoni rolls- depends on size, 1-2 per person

Veggies, to include olives and pickles
Use classic relish tray, top of veggie tray page, do about 7 times the amounts

Fruit- do fruit tray for 400

Pasta salad-20 pounds dry pasta to start

Mumfords Chips- potato chips- 1 pound per 12, 1 pint dip per pound

Cookies, swirl bars, do 1 small each flavor per person, up to 4 flavors

3 cakes, size? regular serves 12, full sheet, 50-60

pop, bottled water, and homemade sweet tea
use the beverage planning page to estimate amounts and mix of sodas. You could cut costs by sticking with tea and lemonade or limeade?

You can write back with more questions.
