we'll be doing an extended sailing voyage and would love to use my pressure cooker for baking breads (white, wheat),cakes, muffins, etc. can this be done? coming across recipes are so difficult. this week i will try the one posted on this site. even a list of "guidelines" for this type of pressure cooking would be great...i am new to the process. thanks |

Check out the steamed Boston brown bread recipes, good for pressure cookers. Upside down cake CAN be cooked in an iron frying pan on the top of the stove. English muffins and scones can both be madre on a griddle, these would be grand for your travles. I will look for more recipes. Ellen |
