Pounds of roast potatoes and carrots to feed 150

04/24/14 		I'm cooking for church next week and need to figure out how May pounds of roast, potatoes and carrots I need to purchase.

04/24/14 		What cut of beef, and is this a pot roast with the veggies around it, or are they cooked separately? Also, what side dishes? It makes a difference in the amounts.

04/24/14 		It's a pot roast, probably a bottom round with the potatoes and carrots cooked with it. Green beans , salad and rolls for sides.

45 pounds potatoes,
30 pounds carrots

36 pounds green beans
salad per the plan for 100 page
2 rolls per person and 5 pounds butter
