Hi, Shirley, I figure this as equivalent to 125 adults. 1 pound raw boneless beef per 3 plus 1.2 pound whole turkey per person. There is a great guide for mixed dinners in the holiday cooking section at the top of Big Pots; reminds about gravy, cranberry, etc. If this saves you time, trouble or money, please consider a donation, maybe a nickel per guest, to support this site.
