I am having a graduation party for 250 people. I am having salad, meatballs, sausage, and rigatoni. How much meat do I need?? Party is from 5-9 |

You need to have bread- at least 32 pounds, 7 pounds butter or oil- and if you don't have a veg dish such as roasted veg (about 50 pounds, which can be served room temp), you will need about 65 pounds of meatballs w/ 5 gallons sauce and 40 pounds of sausage with an equal weight of onions and peppers. Graduation party with rigatoni How much rigatoni for 250 people? I am having sausage with peppers and onions, meatballs and salad. I am also having watermelon. |
