I am cooking brisket, chicken, and link sausage for 150 people on Mothers day weekend. How many pounds of each meat do I need? Would greatly appreciate your help!!! |

It depends somewhat on the side dishes. How to estimate this is discussed in detail here: ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/plan/bbq.html It walks you through the procedure. You would end up with about:
