I am having a neighborhood beer crawl. We are having about 90 people for 45 minutes, calling for heavy appetizers. We are making brisket sliders and cutting up sausage served with toothpicks, chips and salsa. How many pounds of sausage and how many sliders should we prepare? I read 10 sliders per lb, just not sure how many to make. There are 5 houses total and providing 2 beers per person |
