I am planning a DIY wedding reception for approximately 300 people. The wedding is at 2 pm with reception at 3 pm. We are working with a small budget. We plan to serve fruit, assorted sweet and savory cheese balls with the fruit and crackers, brownies,cookies, and assorted pound cakes. Most of the amounts are on your website. However, I need to know how many assorted cheese balls to fix for that many people. |

About 30 pounds total cheeses, 20 pounds crackers. Have some interesting punches and drinks. |
