hey ellen! first off thank you for this wonderful resource! I am helping a friend cater her wedding and was wondering about some portion sizes..the menu: veg tray chz tray bacon wrapped shrimp chicken lolipops ceasar salad green salad mango coleslaw peach tomato feta salad roast beef chicken thighs and drums w bbq green beans corn confetti Thank you again for all your help! |

It takes about 2 (non-attending) people in the kitchen and 6 out front to set up, serve, and clean up this size party. You want the appetizers ready when the guest starts to arrive.
veg tray- suggest classic relish tray top of the veggie tray page, with about 4 pounds of finger veggies and a quart of Ranch added
roast beef, 2 pounds raw per 5
green salad
