Hi, I have been asked to make Baked Ziti, Meatballs and Chicken legs for a High School Boys Lacrosse team banquet. It's about 100 people, the team with parents. These are the 3 main dishes. Others will bring salad and bread. How much of each entree do I need? Thanks so much! |

Baked Ziti, 14-16 pounds, 1 quart sauce per pound, make some no meat for any vegetarians Meatballs- 1 pound per 4, 3 quarts sauce per each 10 pounds Chicken legs- 1 per person If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest to support this site. |
