I am making wraps(12 in tortillas)
I figured 350 pc(half wraps)
I am doing 28# slaw, 30# baked potato salad,
and 20# BLT Pasta salad
200 large cookies
16 gallons of tea and lemonade
How does this look? Should I increase or decrease any?

05/06/14 		You are OK for the wraps, but I doway more sides for 200;

28# slaw,
30# baked potato salad, at least 7 gallons (60 pounds)
20# BLT Pasta salad- at least 30
200 large cookies- if they are all one flavor and there is cake, OK. If more than one flavor or no cake, you will need more
I do 12 gallons each beverage, with about 1/3 of the tea unsweetened, if these are the only beverages.
