Last minute, desperate for help!! I am having a indoor/outdoor party for 30 adults & 20 kids at a clubhouse w/ a pool. I am serving sausage & peppers, chicken & rice, & baked ziti. Sides are a salad, meatballs, garlic rolls, chips & dip. Pizza for the kids. How much do I need to make of each main dish, how many small meatballs, garlic rolls? How many large pies do I order & how much romaine lettuce do I buy? Please help, only 2 days til party need to go shopping!!!

Depends a little on kid ages, teens count as adults, under 12 as about 1/2.

meatballs, 1 pound per 5
sausage & peppers, 1 pound sausage per 6 , equal weight veggies
chicken & rice,4 chickens, 2 pounds rice, prob some left
Pizza for the kids, consider getting square cuts- easier for kids to eat, and the adults will snitch some anyway- 2 large

baked ziti, 4 pounds dry pasta (4 9x13 pans)

salad, do just over 1/3 the amount for 100 from the plan for 100 page

garlic rolls, 2 per person

chips, 1 pound per 12
dip, 1 pint per pound

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime or quarter per guest, to support this site. Thanks.
