I bought 3 presliced buffet hams from gfs for wedding reception and froze it - how long to thaw it in foil pans and then how long to heat it up and should i put a glaze of some sort on it? |

Thaw in the refrigerator, at least 1 day and 2 would not be too much, as with 3 pans, the fridge will be colder than usual. Yes, definitely glaze. Info on reheating ham is in the reheating turkey and ham article on this site: www.ellenskitchen.com/turkey/reheat.html#reheatham |
