My niece is having an engaement party for my daughter. She has 7 lbs of spicy pulled chicken. How many assorted wraps will she need? We have 2 9-13 dishes of crab Mac n Cheese, huge tossed salad, pasta salad and tabulie salad. We have a lot of heavy appetizers. |

You are somewhat short on both the chicken and the macaroni. 7 lbs of spicy pulled chicken will make about 35 large wraps, with the 12 inch shells 2 9-13 dishes of crab Mac n Cheese, this is at most 30 smallish servings, and almost everyone will want some. You want about 6 pounds of lettuce salad, 2 quarts assorted dressings. Hope this helps. |
