Thank you so much for such a great site!! I am catering my sons wedding the end of June. Could you please help me with the amount of food to purchase? Our menu is as follows; Pulled pork Chicken, off the bone Instant mashed potatoes Gravy Corn or green bean casserole (haven't decided which one) Baked beans Salad Italian pasta salad Jello salad Veggie tray Relish tray Slider rolls for pulled pork Dinner rolls
My drinks will be; I also don't know if I should have a snack table later in the evening. What do you think? |

Pulled pork- 25 pounds ready to serve
Instant mashed potatoes
Corn or green bean casserole (haven't decided which one), start with 30 pounds veg for either
Salad- plan for 100 page, do 1 1/4 the amount for 100
