What a pleasant size party!
You will have some extras from this meat.

48 pieces of mixed chicken, 30 would be enough with the pork
5# raw pork for pulled pork sandwiches, will make 20 regular buns or about 40 sliders; people like slider size because they can have 1 and some chicken, also, or just have 2 or 3.
might use slider rolls or hamburger buns.
potato salad-1 to 1 1/2 gallons
cole slaw-1 gallon, some left
baked beans- #10 can plus add ins, or about a gallon
4 bags of chips and 2 dips, allow 2 pounds chips, 2 pints dips

soda (cans)-2 cans per person; in this case, 3 cases would give you some leftovers
Flavors: about 1/2 regular caffeinated, 1/4 sugar-free caffeinated, balance mixed fruit and sugar-free non-caffeinated
water - 2 bottles per person

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks.
